The cashier girl with the black tank top was very rude because she got my order wrong. I said I wanted a chai tea grande size and she heard me say frappacino. The other girl making the drinks was very kind and remade my drink the correct way.

Amazing staff & very friendly staff. They didn’t have lemonade for my passion fruit iced tea lemonade & asked me if I wanted a different drink, so I told them I’d take a very berry hibiscus tea & she gave me a venti on them. Such a great way to start my morning

One star for cleanliness One star for reasonable wait times(all things considered) :) One star for having what I want in stock Ok – I still have two stars, which I shall split. The last two stars will be for customer service! I’m giving one of the two stars up and keeping the other. It’s mine. Alllllll mine. Literally every barista I’ve encountered there is fun, fast, and they’ve only had to remake my drink once in the two years I’ve spent working for the hospital across the street. Those are good odds. I took a star because of this one barista, salt n’ pepper hair, blacked out badge says«Guy» but his name is Shawn. I’ve seen him being fun with customers, my friend included, but he is never personable with me. I’m convinced it’s because I’m a bigger girl. I’m keeping one star, because I’m hilarious and adorable and he should wanna be my barista buddy too. Hmmph. Regardless I’ll be shuffling across the street to this joint well into retirement barring a foray into another field of work, so, 4 stars will hopefully keep my Bev from being angrily tampered with. love the bux.

If I could rate this location with negative stars I would… 4 times out of 5 when you order something here they will be out of it BUT you can count on one thing at this location… RUDESERVICE! I get it you’re a busy branch, you’re located across the street from a hospital but don’t complain about your customers INFRONTOFTHEM(Yes! You, short Brunette w/dismal, drab facial expressions). I would rather break my leg than spend my money here.

Ordered a medium iced coffee, half-and-half, classic sweetener, light on the ice on a Sunday afternoon around 6pm. The girl(brunette, 5’5″, ectomorph, early 20s) gave me dark coffee with nothing else in it. When I asked for creamer, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude, said something about having the customers do it themselves. Seeing how she stirs coffee for a living I get the frustration and just smiled, but made her add creamer to my coffee anyway. As I head for the door I can hear her talking crap(how pleasant). Will come back to talk to the manager at some point.

If you enjoy paying too much for burnt coffee and staff who don’t tell you they are out of stuff until you already paid… well this is the place for you! Only reason I even go to this one sometimes is bc it’d close by.

Starbucks isn’t exactly the most authentic places for tea and such, and being a tea and non-coffee person, it doesn’t really appeal to me that much. However, it is strategically situated right next to the med school I attend, so it’s become my go to for teas and such. The secret menu is something that I like to explore and try. Below are things I’ve tried so far: Iced green tea latte: this is my standard. It’s a mix of matcha powder and milk. You can get it unsweetened and no ice. It’s one of my favorites at Starbucks. Medicine ball: this is a mixed jade citrus tea drink best served hot with some honey. It’s very soothing for a sore throat! Fun fact: Starbucks isn’t equipped to open honey cans, so they can’t put honey in your drink. They do, however, have packets of honey on the side, and you can put it in yourself. London fog: this is exactly what It sounds like. I believe it’s a earl grey tea with vanilla or caramel. It’s really good, but it gets really thick/creamy towards the end. I think it’s probably also because my drink got cold.

First time in the city and spent half the day studying in Starbucks. I witnessed 2 change of shifts and had too much coffee! Overall the service was decent. The blonde guy seemed a little tasked out and perhaps overwhelmed. The tall guy with the beard that came in later in the afternoon was on point, making genuine conversation with everyone of his clients and keeping it cool and efficient when the lines got long. The store was clean as well as the bathrooms.

This place is all about great service — most of the team members are over-the-top great in terms of making the customer feel special — e.g., they remember orders, ask how your kids are doing, and are generally super-friendly. They also consistently make yummy lattes, always served with a smile. Stopping here on my way to work every morning is sometimes enough to turn my whole day around.

THIS is the best Starbucks in the entire area– peppy barista team that feed off each other, remember your order on the next visit, ample seating, and pastries are always available. My pumpkin spice latte and caffe misto were both made to perfection!

Friendly staff. They are always willing to start a good conversation. Although too many white coats with hospital across the street. Update: they have all new staff — more like the B-squad.

I generally like this particular Starbucks. I’m not a big fan of coffee. I generally go for the chai tea but I have enjoyed a few of the specials including the salted caramel or white chocolate mocha. In addition they also offer decent desserts and surprising tasty but overpriced pre-wrapped sandwiches. The atmosphere is pretty decent. The staff here are generally pretty cheerful and polite. Sometimes a friendly conversation and a hot drink is enough to make a bad day seem better. There is limited seating both in and outdoors, thus it is not always an ideal place for studying. However, it’s location is very convenient and the service is quick.

I am just sick and tired of the pretentious attitude when trying to simply order a cup of coffee. You are serving coffee — you do not have the right to roll your eyes as my wife tries to decide what concoction to order. And dammit — it is a large — don’t try and force me to use your words. Look at the cups, is one larger than any other sizes? — if yes, then that is a large.

As a frequent Starbucks customer and former employee, I can confidently say this my least favorite location. I find the staff uncharacteristically unfriendly and they always seem aggravated to be alive. Unfortunately, it’s the closest location to my house and I have a deep seeded need for espresso so I’m sure I’ll continue to give them my business, but I’m not going to feel good about it.

Hey’s its a starbucks… but then again service always goes a long way. It maybe corporate or it may be really but behind the counter every one was upbeat and given the frequent names being welcomed it seems legit… plus free wifi is always good right
