I’m a fan of Subway shops because of their fresh, healthy options and because they are typically consistent and predictable. This Subday is very clean and staff is pleasant. The location is also pretty darn convenient. Now, on to the negative. I’ve had a few experiences here where the staff has been VERY stingy with ingredients. And this is coming from someone who is(I promise!) not really that picky about a $ 4 sandwich. Picture this: A six inch flatbread. Add chicken, which is a standard, predetermined quantity(no gripes there). The sandwich maker then adds only about ¼ cup of shredded lettuce, two slivers of tomato, two slivers of cucumber and five slices of black olive. Really?! I don’t think I should have to ask for them to add more of each item, one by one, as they make my sandwich. But if you are someone who doesn’t mind re-training your«Sandwich Artist» when you go out for lunch, maybe you won’t have an issue here. And FYI, according to , there are eight(yes, eight!) other Subway shops within a two mile radius of this one. Just sayin’.
