Tech Valley Home Theater has installed a couple of home teather merchandise for me over the years. Chad is extremely knowledgeable and very professional in every aspect of his work. Chad did everything possible to make sure I was pleased, upon completion of each job. If you’re in need of home teather or home security jobs done. After reading the other reviews I was skeptical but when i scheduled the appt i was very pleased with the result the man who is also the owner was on time and did fantastic work, i was very impressed. I asked about the previous reviews (wondering why they may have gone badly) and he said that it was early in the developement and he had started the business from scratch. Anyway, I was very pleased with the result and would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean living room lol.

Tech Valley Home Theater might do fantastic work. However after many phone calls and a completely missed appointment with no call or explanation I won’t find out. I read J K.‘s review but thought I would give it a try. It took 3 unreturned voicemails before I finally got through to talk and schedule the appointment. I just figured they were busy and setup an appointment for a week later. Scheduled appointment for 9am so it would be more likely they would be on-​time instead of the end of the day when they might get backed up from other work. Took a vacation day and waited at home, and waited, and waited. Left voicemail to check if appointment was still on. No call, no return of the voicemail. And they never showed up. In that time I could have hung the tv and speaker myself. Decided I should have gone that route in the first place. If you have time to wait for days wondering if and when they will show up, might be a great option for you. Otherwise I would look elsewhere.
