They will never be on time, they will just work for 5 minutes and then leave. You will not get your money back as that is a scam.

Terminix does not deliver. Service calls that are pre-scheduled by corporate robo calls are often ‘no-shows’ and their supervisors rarely call back even if you state you need the problem (s) to be resolved asap. Their service people and managers claiming that they aren’t staffed adequately is really not a great selling point for such a large organization. Calls to the local office are 95% of the time answered by someone in another state and often when you tell them that you are pricing out other vendors, because of such poor service, they respond with a disinterested, passive aggressive «ok then, have a nice day», without one scintilla of interest in helping you. Horrible company.
