Five stars for great service in the paint department! I purchased paint in July and didn’t open it until 2 months later. It had thickened so much I couldn’t stir it. It clearly said not refundable on the can’s label but it was $ 37 so I thought I’d give it a shot at a replacement or to see if they put something on there to thin it out.
The gentleman kind of giggled at the state of my paint as it was unusual. He said it can happen if it gets cold but it was sitting in my basement all summer away from the elements so that couldn’t be it. He suggested I go to customer service and let them know it was defective. I brought it to customer service and she called the paint guy and gal and they confirmed for me that it was defective. I got a full refund and was able to buy the fresh paint. I went home and used it right away and my deck looks fab! Thanks Home Depot paint department folks!

It’s a Home Depot, so there’s not much to say. It’s got a good garden center and the staff are nice. They generally won’t bother you if you don’t want help, but they’re there and ready to help.
