It was similar to other Toy-R-Us’s I’ve gone to in other cities. It’s clear the building is 20 – 30 years old and could probably use an update. Inside was a little smaller than more modern stores, but did not feel too tight. My one complaint was that there was a very limited selection of baby items. While a complaint, I understand Toys-R-Us owns Babies-R-Us and for that reason Toys-R-Us stores are usually limited in the baby items they offer anyways. I was hoping, however, that given the fact that there’s no Babies-R-Us in Albany, this Toys-R-Us would have some additional baby items to kind of make up the difference. No such luck though.

I love Toys R’ Us! I have since as far back as I can remember, and this one is one of the oldest I can remember. Toys R Us is a great place to take kids even if you’re not buying anything. It’s fun just looking at all the neat stuff they have.
