We reserved a truck a week prior to our move and got a confirmation number. The day before the move, they called us and said the nearest truck was a two hour drive away. Even if we had wanted to go get it, they called at 4;30 and the place closed at 5;30! We had already scheduled helpers at both ends of our move. What good is a reservation if it is not honored? Don’t use U-​Haul!

This location is completely unfit to be affiliated with u-​haul. We called in the morning at 9am to reserve a truck and was told our reservation was at 2:30. We then drove 45 minutes to pick up said truck and was told that there were no trucks available, and even if there was one available, 4 reservations were in front of us. Do not depend on this location to be reliable. In addition, the individual waiting on us did not even give a crap.
