The worst store I have ever been too! Stood in line for over an hour to mail something! Where is the self-​service machine? No sense of urgency by staff, one employee left even though there were 15 people waiting to be helped. There are no pens available for customers and I was told to step to the side when I finally made it to the cashier because I had not wrote my address on the package yet. Unbelieveable. I work in the service industry and that is not my definition of good customer service!

As I type this, I am waiting in line to renew my passport. I have been waiting in line for an hour and a half and there are still 11 people ahead of me. I may never leave. My tip is don’t ever come here on a Saturday.

Albany, NY
This is actually one of the best locations in the area. The staff are helpful and attentive. They have hours to accommodate people with day jobs and they are actually all usually pretty nice. Definitely my choice location.
