I needed a quick bite to eat on the go. Unfortunately I stopped at this particular Wendy’s. After ordering a spicy chicken combo meal in patiently waiting in the drive-through line for 10 minutes I arrive at the first window only to be told that they do not have any Diet Coke for my combo for which they are charging me eight dollars what a joke! I told the lady I would just leave hungry instead. Seriously frustrating.

Service was a joke (as noted, what else can you expect in Albany?)
They forgot half my order.
Never get a «Thanks» or «Come again» or «We know you can spend your money anywhere and appreciate the fact that you come here for a smashed-to-hell burger.»
At least the «new» fries are gross.

Went here fairly regularly to grab something quick while working my butt off at the Albany Herald.
Usually got the chili or a burger, and everything was above-average. Also got Frosty’s from time to time, and they were great. I also really like their new fries, despite the fact the «natural-cut» description is very deceptive.
Service was meh… but what can you expect from a fast-food place in Albany, Georgia?
