This was our 3rd year getting a whole pig for a pig roast from Behrmann and once again we were very happy. Picking it up is as easy as picking up a pizza and the pigs were always very nice. My only«critique» is this year our 60 — 80 pound pig came in at 102 pounds. They charged the same amount(good), but adjusted our cook time by 2 hours, thus losing 2 hours of sleep(bad) for us and all our crew helping to prep the pig for the smoke. I know this speaks to not ordering a pig like a pizza, but still, just an observation. Getting one in the high range(80#) is great, getting one way above it(100#) a little overshoot of the target. One warning: double check the Unilocal map, the location on the map is incorrect(it’s not next to Carlyle Lake).
