Nice selection of goods for the factory store, Cher was very helpful and helped me find a nice calfskin wallet. There is a large selection of women’s bags and a decent amount of bags/wallets for men. Decently priced.

My mom purchased a snake skin purse and we noticed that night it had a crack or deep scratch in it. My husband went to the store in Albertville and had to look at 4 different ones until he found one that he thought was perfect. Unfortunately I just noticed there is hot glue on the outside of the purse. I am very disappointed by the workmanship of their purses. Also, the inside lining isn’t high quality. Very disappointed by Coach.

I purchased a purse and my friend purchased a wallet which she gave me for my birthday from the outlet in Albertville(Coach) The snap on my wallet is tearing and I went into the Coach store in Pleasanton and they told me that my wallet was not a original coach wallet but a knockoff The date on the label is not correct I am very upset because I know my friend paid alot of money for this wallet and not its not real and tearing and they won’t fix it. They will charge me and when it goes back to the factory they will destroy it. I think that it is unfair if they are selling faulty merchandise and I will not shop there anymore.

I have been a loyal shopper at this store since 2010. I originally stopped here, at the suggestion of a friend, to pick up a few items for a private school fundraising auction. I found a wonderful selection of handbags and accessories that are made specifically for the factory stores and many that had been transferred from the retail stores. I continued to purchase items here for myself, holiday gifts, fundraising events, thank-you gifts for coaches, teachers, tournament prizes, etc. They offered great customer service with knowledgeable staff that were happy to provide tissue and gift boxes along with your purchases. I have noticed over the last several months, actually the last year, that the selection is decidedly blah, that there are far fewer choices from their full retail stores, and there is high turn-over in personnel. Anyone can go online and order these items and receive free shipping rather than make the trek to this outlet where, after you stand in line, first outside, then inside, you have the honor of a haughty cashier ringing your purchases. Adding to the joy of your trip is that the current staff has made it quite clear that they are there to cater to the tourist buses from Bloomington, Rochester, etc. As I learned on my recent visit, if you are not a Japanese doctor’s wife, purchasing 15+ handbags, you are treated like yesterday’s garbage. I witnessed their items being carefully zipped into garment bags and bags loaded with plenty of tissue and gift boxes. To be honest, the majority of the clerks(including management) actually act as if they are selling bags at Fendi on Rodeo Drive and you are not worthy of their merchandise. There is almost an undercurrent of contempt. What is THAT about? You are a FACTORYOUTLET. You are not doing US a favor by ringing up our purchases and providing us with packaging, we are doing YOU a favor by spending our money in your store. I have spent thousands of dollars here in the past but I think I need to redirect those dollars. Do yourself a favor and do what I intend to do. Purchase your Coach items at a department store or a Coach full retail store. They always have something on sale and usually have a coupon or promotion running that will give you an extra percentage off. The selection is far more current and you probably won’t end up carrying the same«factory bag» as the 7th grader standing next to you in line at the movie theater…

Insanity!!! While visiting the outlets a couple weekends ago, I wandered in here with my cousin. It was absolutely nuts! Men, woman and children all over. This included strollers and screaming. I could have done without the chaos. It made the visit overwhelming. Regardless they have fantastic options at great outlet prices. I will go back, but preferably during a weekday to avoid the throngs of Coach happy people.

I am so in love. When my friends and I were shopping last weekend, we almost didn’t come in because of the line outside the door. Literally, just like a club, they had a couple ropes set up with a «bouncer» who was letting people in only as others were leaving the store. But it made sense and I’m glad they were doing it because that shit was crowded! Not only were they having a big sale anyway, they were also handing out coupons for additional discounts(30% off plus another 10% off). Now, before I start gushing about handbags and their inherent awesomeness, let me forewarn you about the discounts here. They do it funny. When you see a handbag that’s on a 40% off shelf, plus you’re holding a coupon for the aforementioned 30% + 10% discount, you are NOT getting an 80% discount. The percentages are taken off subsequently, not in combination. Ok for example — say you have a $ 400 bag. How it works is you take the initial 40% off, bringing the price down to $ 240. Then you take the 30% off THAT price, bringing it to $ 168. Then you take 10% off that price, bringing the cost of the bag ultimately down to $ 151.20. So in a way it’s kind of misleading, BUT in the end you’re still getting a screaming deal so whatever. And if you’re confused at any point, the salespeople all carry calculators with them and will do the math for you right away. Ok, now for the important shit — the handbags here are awesome, and the prices are great as well, so you can get yourself an amazing piece of art(handbags count as art, right?) without pissing of your husband too much. It’s win-win! They also have clutches, scarves, keychains, and even little travel pill-boxes here. No shoes unfortunately, but then again, I guess that’s a blessing in disguise because then there WOULD be a problem with pissing off the aforementioned husband. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the weird hinky misleading way they take their discounts. Other than that, I’m a big fan. Bottom line — it’s worth the wait to get in the store. :)

I have a purse obsession like some women have a shoe obsession… First time I went in here I walked out with a large brown leather handbag. Anyone who knows me, knows brown and black are my colors… So I had a hard time making a color decision. I had to call up my sister and ask her which one she thought would suit me more… She determined brown, so that’s exactly what I went with! This most recent visit I just made a color exchange. I ordered a brown wrist-let which I was praying that would match my purse I originally purchased, when I got it… It was clearly too dark. I contacted customer service, and they let me know I could bring it in and do an exchange. Sooo… I went in, and walked out with black one instead, a good night on the town accessory! Everyone there was very helpful(always is). They all carry calculators to help you figure out discounts! They always hand out 30% coupons out at the door. If you are signed up for the email list online for Coach Factory, they send you special offers and private sale invitations. However, you have to sign up in-store in order to get on the list. The lady at the counter was very polite and took her time assisting me, making sure everything was done right. Coach wants sales, and they are all about being helpful and providing great customer service… So in turn, they get sales! They sure as hell have my loyalty!
