Usually quite on most nights and a varied selection of liquors for a small town bar. Just don’t ask for anything fancy. The do not do fancy.

Over the past several years this place has been called «Owl Tap», «The Owl Tap,» and «Tennessee Owl Tap».
This is a VERY nice little working class bar on Albia’s charming downtown square. It’s very clean, well-​lit, and well-​maintained. The usual domestics are on tap, and there’s a pool table towards the back.
As I was taking pictures inside the bar a guy who looked like he could easily beat the crap out of me noticed what I was doing and that he was in a picture I had just taken. But he ended up being really nice about it and once I explained what I was doing he was cool with it.
