This Dairy Queen has great service and very friendly staff. I have never had a problem with my orders but if I did I am sure it would be made right upon request. The store is kept very clean and neat inside and out. Glad it is located here in Albion!

The service at this Dairy Queen is the absolute worst I have ever experienced at the drive thru. No matter how many times I go through, they never get the order correct. The last two previous times I repeated three times chili dogs with no cheese and when I got home covered in cheese. Tonight was no different, I ordered a small strawberry sundae with nuts and whipped topping and no nuts or whipped topping the other was a small cherry sundae with whipped topping but got a medium cherry with whipped topping and maraschino cherry’s on top. I have given this location a dozen chances and have had enough! No more business from me!
