What a great grocery store! The employees here are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and neat and has a wide selection and attractive specials and displays. The location is ideal on the corner of Tramway and Academy with many other stores and shops nearby.

So, apparently their current special is if you spend $ 100 you get a free 15lb turkey (excludes alcohol sales) so I spent $ 92 not knowing this, got home & read it in the Ad!!! Grrrrrr, long story short I phoned the nxt day to speak with the mgr and she said to come in and bring the receipt for a turkey!!! How awesome is that customer service?! It’s the coolest.

What’s up with Albertsons lately? Prices have gone through the roof. This Albertsons is fine, but not remarkable Their produce department was one of the best in the area, but Kroger down the street on Tramway has caught up and passed them IMHO. The Kroger also has overall better selection and is a nicer store. We drive the extra mile to go to that store. Overall, my problem is the aggressive pricing and lack of interesting choices. Organic/​natural choices are also very slim.

This is my neighborhood grocery store so I come here a LOT for last minute items when I’m in the middle of cooking and realized I forgot something. Everyone here has always been super helpful and the store has a very neighborhood feel everyone knowing each other, etc. I think their «organic/​healthy» section isn’t as strong as smiths up the road on tramway which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. Produce always seems fresh and in good supply. Aisles are clean etc. I come in often for the redbox too but wish it was outside so I didn’t have to go inside to rent/​return my movies. Pharmacy staff is also really friendly. Twice i have seen them have random sales of their perfume/​cologne for like 20 $ any bottle… I bought some perfume here that normally I’d buy at sephora or Macy’s and got it for half off… It was great to buy for gifts. Random but true.
Love this strip mall due to the cleaners, Starbucks, nail salon, etc.

These folks are incompetent idiots.
They bagged our small fragile food in the same bag as our massive food. Guess what happens when you do that? Yep, the fragile food gets ruined. Thanks for wasting our money, Albertsons!
Avoid at all costs if you value your time, food, and money.

It’s my usual ‘haunt’…I have tried other Albertson’s and what I like about this location are the employees… they make my day. It’s nice to shop where they know you… Think Cheers… Great produce, great meat department… and gorgeous flowers this time of year.
