Yikes, terrible experience at This Arby’s ;(! This was my first & last visit to Arby’s fast food restaurant. –Female cashier ignored us for at least 5 mins while chatting to some non-customer buddy’s of hers; soooo rude ;( I had to ask if we could place an order! Then she was so rude & unhelpful with order & when we asked for an extra container, she was so rude & said, «well we don’t have any up here, so I guess I’ll have to get one from the back» ;( –this restaurant & everything in it was so old & filthy– floors & tables were dirty with food & trash ;P! –roast beef sandwhich was a small portion size, low quality, & unmemorable for the rather high price

I don’t know if 2 stars is really appropriate. Only reason I gave this many is the women working the counter were very friendly. The building is totally worn out. It was fairly clean but loaded with flies. I stopped in for a quick bite and grabbed a regular beef sandwich. Even for Arby’s this was below quality. The beef was very dry and the bun seemed stale. When I added horse radish sauce it came out of their machine very green. I wiped it off and got packages off the counter. As I’m writing this I’ve talked myself out of eating the meal. Think I’ll go down the street for a BigMac.

Traveling through Albuquerque, we stopped to have a quick lunch at this Arby’s. The service was very slow and the manager was unprofessional and rude when asked to clarify prices. To add to the experience, they were out of sauces, the restaurant was dirty, and the window cashier was nice but unable to do his job. Not recommended. The local Chick-fil-a was a much better experience.

Probably the oldest Arby’s in town. I remember going there as a kiddo. Nothing has really changed. I will say, that I have never experienced a bad meal or poor customer service. The place could use a facelift.
