Arpin of Albuquerque

Never use Arpin. I only dealt with Arpin for the delivery of my household goods. The day started on a rough note given that the movers who were supposed to arrive between 8:00 — 10:00 arrived at 2:00pm. They did call to update me but that was not until 10:00am. The movers that arrived were very nice and professional. By 6:00pm everything had been unloaded however there were still a good number of boxes to be unpacked. My contract included the unpacking and removal of all boxes. The head mover told me that his company would come back to pick up any boxes and packing debris on a later date if I chose. It was already 6:00pm on a Friday and I am a very particular person so I actually preferred unpacking myself. When I called at 9:00am Monday morning to schedule for the boxes to be picked up, I was told that I would receive a call later that day. The call never came. I called again on Tuesday morning and after being transferred four times, I was finally told that the earliest that they could/​would come pick up the boxes would be Friday. Seriously?! If you have a choice please avoid Arpin! The office staff is rude and they are never on time or live up to their promises.

Do not use! Canceled my first pack day, then showed up at 2:30 pm on day 2 and did a poor job, leaving many items unpacked. I am completely dissatisfied. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Note: this was a military move and I was not given a choice in movers. I filed a complaint through JPPSO so hopefully no more service members will have to endure this shoddy company.
