Bahama Buck’s

I’ve been wanting to come check this place out since it opened up. The location is not the greatest and we have seen many places come and go in this building over the years. I really hope this place stays!
Walking in, you immediately get the feel of a tropical place. It smells like coconut!
The menu is quite extensive and made the choice a little more difficult.
I will be back for sure!!!

Coming from the great Pacific Northwest I was excited to see on their menu that they carry blended coffee drinks! After all, drive thru coffee stands are a huge deal where I come from. I was pretty disappointed with the coconut drink that I ordered. I also ordered a frozen lemonade that was significantly better (until my daughter spilled the entire thing on the floor of my truck) i felt like the drinks were pretty pricey compared to what I’m used to paying back home in Idaho. I told my husband about the drinks we received and he has urged me to try it again and I that next time I actually need to try the thing that the place is best known for. so I will be returning to try one of the their shaved ice options. I give this place 4 stars for the OUTSTANDING service that I received from the drive thru employee. I wish I would have looked at her name tag before leaving. She was extremely professional & polite while actually making conversation with me!.. which seems to be a lot to ask from today’s teens.

I love snow cones, so I’ve been meaning to try this place for weeks. We ordered several of the «Buck’s shaved ice» flavors and a smoothie. All were tasty! I would have liked a little more syrup on the shaved ice, but that is always the case. I am deducting two stars from my review because it was not very clean and I waited 27 minutes (!!!) for my order. There were people in the drive through line who waited just as long! Hire more staff or get more machines or something!

This place has potential and the large lines are indicative of how well it will do. It gets so busy that you will devote some time waiting which cannnn be worth it.
The disappointment came today, when management should have recognized the need to have someone take care of the tables and keep the place clean.
The bathroom was disgusting, the tables were germie (my word as a germ freak), sticky and unkempt. The floor had cockroaches and garbage that could have been easily swept up… however, in the name of profiteering, the business sacrificed it’s cleanliness and left it in violation of several health code guidelines. I hate to say these things, but it was really disappointing, but it can be easily fixed. It can be a busy and clean establishment. Please prepare for busy times and devote staff to the floor.

Yum! I’d never been to a Bahama Bucks before and this didn’t disappoint. A new favorite spot for the summer!
