This hotel is highly recommended. We chose it after the Expedia reviews gave it high ratings. The reviews did not disappoint. It is very clean, safe, and well taken care of. All the occupants at that time were very friendly and kept to themselves. There was no noise at all hours of the night. They also offered a Continental breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, and a variety of breads.

UPDATE: The day after I wrote this they installed a washer and dryer in the exercise room for tenant use. It’s not up and running yet but they are making the improvement. — — — — — I spent two months here when obtaining a house in ABQ. The first month was great. The location is very convenient. Freeway access is easy. During the first month it was quiet. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice considering the low price. Mine had a king sized bed and an LCD flatscreen and a desk/chair as well as a love seat. The place could be a little cleaner and the maids do as little work as possible based on my experience. They do have great wi-fi. There is a nice breakfast featuring waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, busquits and gravy, coffee, juice and tea. The menu never changes so after a few weeks I stopped eating it but it wasn’t bad given the price. There is an exercise room but no laundry. Plenty of parking. After the first month, the experience went downhill from there. The staff is very nice but not always competent. During the last three weeks of my stay, the hotel was filled with less than desirable tenants living there, making lots of noise. The hotel management didn’t do anything about it. Trash bins were filling up and not being emptied. The elevator went out of service twice. Ice machines started breaking and not being repaired promptly. I made complaints. Received plenty of apologies. But no action. They also messed up my rate and reservation. I would give them 2.5 stars if I could but compared with some of the other cheap hotels they deserve consideration. All of them have serious problems. You get what you pay for. If you can afford a few more bucks, the Comfort Inn at Alameda and I-25 just two exits north is much nicer.
