I love most Blake’s but this one falls short in one key area. They are super stingy on the chile in their burritos. The breakfast burritos come with almost no chile sauce. The manager needs to train the workers properly. I’ve started ordering extra chile which they charge me for, but it doesn’t seem to change the amount of chile. For the cooks, the order receipt just says«add green», so I don’t think the cooks even know that someone just paid extra for extra! Please fix this and I will change this rating to five stars.

Blake’s is no Inn and Out, but this and perhaps Griff’s are the best places in town for burgers.

Another great burger find! Green chilli and cheese… if you are in Albuquerque, be sure to eat one!

I had the green chilli with everything, and it was good. But at the end of the day this is a cheap flour, cheap meet, and canned green chili burger. The place looks like its on the verge of getting closed to me. The tables are old, its clean and all but its not a comfortable place to be. If your used to In’N’Out save your time and skip, if your used to Burger King, here’s the next order of magnitude greater…

Green chili on a big juicy burger with fixings can’t be beat. Being near the airport, this location is my first stop when I fly into ABQ. The burgers are cooked after you order them so be prepared to wait for them to be made.

I’d seen these places all over NM during my visit there so ya know my ass had to go down there before my departing flight and get me some meat with cheese and green chile! Their burgers have that aweseom greasy spoon smokiness to ‘em and oh so lovely fat juice trickling down your hand as you take another bite of bovine heart attack to go. Miserable, lackadaisical, yet sweet server/cashier included, but apparently ya can’t take her home with you.
