Ample parking space, employees were friendly. Service was fast but when I got the burritos I ordered, they were looking thin. They were looking about half of the size of burritos I usually get from Blakes stores. I would rather wait and get the full value of what I ordered, than have quick service but get a down-sized burrito. Will take my business somewhere else.

This place to me is good for some reason, the location is close by and the food is not bad. The wait time either drive thru or inside is pretty fair, even if it is crowded. Patience goes along way, they have messed up my orders but they seem honest to fix them. Even if someone is rude to you its always good to smile and brighten up thier day. Only thing that stops this being 5 star is it looks bland. With some different colors and a unique set up this place could be a force to be reckoned with.

I love lotaburger so much, but tonight I got a big messed up order. Paid for something I didn’t ask for and didn’t get a couple things I paid for. I called to let them know of what mistakes happened and the woman I spoke with was very apologetic and replaced all the mistakes with what I originally ordered, no questions asked. I appreciate their help in accommodating me and am so glad they have such good customer service. They are super slow when they are busy, but they make up for that with their customer service. Thank you blakes workers! :-)

Worst customer service in history of bad customer service. Took 30 minutes to get two breakfast burritos that were under the counter the whole time. Been going to this place for years. Sometimes its good, most of the time its bad. Today was the last time.

Good news first, nice dining room and good lotaburger food. Now down to business. When I walked in there was no line just me in front of an empty desk. I stood there for about 5 minutes just to be greated by a not so friendly employee who seemed like he didn’t want to be there. The employees were slow and looked like they didn’t care. I noticed there were two plaques about management of the month for 2013. That was not the case tonight. Employee training needed and better service.

Geez seriously? I am a local who loves me some Blake’s but this location is the worst one I’ve seen. I stood at the counter and the cooks busily filled drive thru orders, cuz the joint was basically empty save for the couple folks already mouin down their food. The girl at the drive thru totally ignored my daughter and I even when it slowed down. I patiently waited not saying a word then turned and left. Then some guy reeking of booze blocked the door staring down some young innocent girl trying to make her way in! Disguisting I’ll nvr come here again and I rarely say that phrase

You can never go wrong with Blake’s. I love their breakfast and lunch menu. Breakfast burrito with green sauce and the Itsa Burger with green chile are a must! If you are ever in New Mexico, you have to have Blake’s for breakfast and lunch. Never had a bad experience as our order was quick and fresh. The price is very inexpensive considering the high quality and taste in their food.

An Albuquerque institution(as far as Burger Joints can be). I recommend the«Lota Combo with cheese & green». Burgers are big & juicy/greasy, fries are skin-on & good(try the seasoned fries, sometime, too). This location also opens early & serves breakfast burritos. I recommend the«#2 w/green» sausage burrito for a hearty breakfast.
