I searched all over town for a glass company to fix my busted windshield and I found tons of cheap places that tempted me, but my father told me to look into these shops and their credentials in case the new windshield wasn’t installed properly. In doing this, I came across Chapman Auto Glass and I spoke with a man who was extremely helpful and answered all of my many questions. He assured me that his work comes with a warranty, which not many other places in Albuquerque offered. Once we set up an appointment, he arrived right on time and fixed my windshield very quickly and with excellent customer service. I had a few more questions about when I could drive it again and other services and he answered all of my questions without seeming rushed or inconvenienced. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future issues although hopefully I won’t have any!

After being fed up with A certain local glass company and my leaking windshield, I decided to try Chapman. I believe that this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for. So for the same price as the national company they come to you and fix your car with professional courteous service.

Called them at 9 said I have to leave for work by 3 can you you work with me? He said be there before 12 got to me at 11. Did the repair in 10 and I was back in my warm house!

My teen son backed the car out of the garage while closing the garage door and managed to break the rear window. I was referred to Chapman Auto Glass and Brian set up an appointment to come to our house and repair the window the next morning. He had the car all fixed, cleaned up the mess, and the car was ready to go before my teen even got up! Price was good (I compared!), convenience excellent, and quality terrific.
