Chem-Dry of Albuquerque

This review is for the bait and switch tactics used by this company. My online estimate was $ 115. Actual estimate from cleaner 225. I expected it to be a little more… But almost double? Really?
The actual technician, Ryan, was nice and thorough and seemed surprised that the numbers were so far off. Ended up only getting half the work done I needed.
Very disappointing.
Company contacted me and rectified this situation. Restored my faith.

Good services, beware of the up sell. They will always try to get you to spend significantly more for services that only have marginal additional value.

Bought our new sofa on eBay– it was beautiful but when it showed up it smelled like MILDEW– since i have allergies and asthma I was worried so I called Chem-​Dry, who said they had just the thing for me.

Good stuff, they priced two other pieces in my house whose lives I’d like to prolong, so I will be calling them again once payday comes around.
⁸⁄₂₇ edit– had Chem Dry come back to do our old-​as-​dirt (and about that color) sofa that we use in the rec room, and my office chair– again reasonable prices, and they were able to get out some stains in the old sofa that I thought were permanent. It’s like having a new sofa for $ 150 — very nice work, I would recommend them.

I recently used Chem Dry to clean our carpets. However, my needs are fairly different from others.
My 2 year old son is incredibly chemically sensitive. The carpet needed to be cleaned but I was very apprehensive because of the normal cleaning solutions most companies use. When I called Chem Dry and learned they had a product that left NO residues it was comforting to say the least.
When they were finished, the carpet was clean, my son did not have any adverse reactions, thank the Lord, and it was a fair price.
So, thank you Chem Dry of Albuquerque. I will be using you again.
