Don Choche was certainly on top of his game last night, turning out some of the tastiest tacos in the 505. $ 8 will get you a huge plate of four tacos(I couldn’t finish mine without help). The carnitas were amazing, and the asada was good too, but just not as good as the carnitas(it’s roasted pork after all!). Be sure to hit the giant squeeze bottles of salsa before you head off to eat. This truck is often at Marble Brewery so you can enjoy an IPA along with your food.

Had better! I’d rather go to Taqueria Mexico! Friendly service and fresh ingredients.

Pretty amazing flavor with anything you can pick on the menu. Being a local and having a high tolerance with chile, I must say whatever type of chile they put in the chicharron burrito about made me hallucinate but it was still very flavorful. Lots of great food trucks in Albuquerque, but this is most definitely in the top three(the others are completely different types of food).

Had some good tacos here. I asked to modify a taco to make it a chile relleno taco, and it was quite good. The aguacate crema was spicy and it was very yummy as an addition to these tacos. Need to keep coming to see new offerings. Find them at Marble of course.

Really loved the chile rellano burrito! It sounds greasy and heavy, but it’s actually perfectly balanced flavors. I also had a carnitas torta that was great as well. The homemade salsas are an added bonus. If they had a brick and mortar restaurant I would be a regular! For now, I find them at marble brewery. I actually only think marble is a decent, but not an amazing, bar. However, this food truck draws me over there! Highly recommended.

Holy Mole! Want to overdose on beautiful, delicious, tender, flavorful, mouthgasmic meat? Yep, this is your spot. We finally arrived to ABQ and discovered Marble Brewing near the dance. All 3 of us ordered different items here. The g/f: 3 tacos, the riding buddy: 1 pound carnitas tub/box/whatever, me: adoba tacos. The chips were remarkably thick and crunchy and held up well as I ate through them. They never seemed to get soggy though they were overly laden with meat, sauce, and cheese. Speaking of cheese, easy with that stuff. I took off so much cheese to make it more palatable to me. Trust me with their meat and sauce, you don’t need that much cheese, unless you want to rise from your stomach … never mind. Anyway, great meat, great experience.

The service was good. I ordered the carnitas burrito which comes with a really good spicy pico de gallo. The green salsa is the best. The carne asada fries were delicious! My boyfriend ordered the Chile relleno burrito… it was AMAZING! Definitely my favorite.

BEST carnitas tacos I’ve had in forever! I mouth-gasmed ALLOVER em! I was relaxing at Marble Brewery last Friday for a lil happy hour with some friends, and one of them suggested these tacos… I owe him a debt of gratitude. I will now search out this truck just to get me some amazing tacos! I’m not sure what made them so delicious… the meat was tender, juicy, and practically melted in my mouth. The red chile salsa they served it with was the perfect topping. I crave these tacos ALLTHETIMENOW… seriously, I’m craving them right now. Find this truck and eat these tacos… oh but swing by and pick me up first ;)

Seriously, this is one of the best food trucks in town. I had their supersized carnitas burrito, and when they say super size, they ain’t kidding. Just the right level of spicy to pair with the Marble beer I was having. Even as crowded as the place was, these guys put out quality food fast and cheap. Awesome.
