Chili’s Bar and Grill is the best place for bar and grill dinning our waiter Ally Maxwell was very professional and polite. The triple dipper is the best there and i highly recommend ordering it and the cost is affordable. I am going to dine again soon ready for more great tastes gotta love chill’s.

First, let me say this is a spotless restaurant and bar! Second, the staff is so polite, helpful and professional! Now, on to the delicious food and drinks! The large draft beers we ordered were the coldest we’ve ever drank in our entire lives! I kid you not! Chillies freezes their thick glass beer mugs and their tap beers border on freezing! There is a zero percent chance your beers will warm on you! The complimentary chips and salsa were FANTASTIC! The salsa was to die for! Perfectly chilled with just the right amount of salt and the chips were deliciously salty, extra fresh and warm. The Fajitas Carnitas were the best we’ve eaten in the 10 years we’ve lived in Albuquerque. We’ve searched high and low for decent Carnitas since we’ve been here to no avail. So imagine our shock to accidentally stumble into them at Chili’s! The Shrimp Fajitas were also fantastic! My partner had the flavorful Prime Rib and Chicken Fajitas. While the chicken could have used a bit of char — they were still pretty darn tasty! The condiments served with the fajitas were extremely fresh and delicious as well! Since we’re not exactly bar people — because of Chili’s — we’ve just become them! What a fabulous way to spend the evening with your partner on date night! Definitely order the large domestic tap beers and request the complimentary chips and salsa! You won’t regret either of them! The ambiance is casual and upbeat and there are numerous large screen TV’s playing every game you can think of. Even MMA. If you haven’t been to Chili’s in awhile — give them another shot! No regrets whatsoever! I know we’re headed back there again for date night tomorrow evening!

Got the email kids eat free on Tuesday. Told when I got there they don’t actually honor that. It was my birthday and kids were hungry so I stayed to eat anyway. Used my reward points to pay for one kids meal. Didn’t even get a «happy birthday» from the waitress Thought they did a small sundae, guess policy has changed over the years. Food was good, service was ok I guess. 3 adult meals and two kids meals, bill was a little more than expected just because I wasn’t expecting to be charged for the kids meals. It will be a while before I go back.

Went to Chillies on a Sunday after church with some friends. We waited in line at the door for about 15 min but was understandable because they were very busy that day. Our drinks came out quickly but our food took about 30min for it to finally come to the table. I ordered their smoked chicken quesadillas. The quesadillas were very good and the service was good too. I really liked being able to check out on the tablet on the table. You can pay and go when you are ready, you don’t have to wait for your waiter to take your card and go somewhere you can’t see what they are doing. Maybe we will see more table card readers at more restaurants in the future.

I loved when they upgraded the menus and style of the entire restaurant. A few months ago service really declined. We ordered twice from car side to go and both times orders were wrong. I called to let them know we would be back to get it fixed and manager asked if ‘I was sure the order was wrong’. I explained that my vision was perfect. I digress, stopped car side and a month later went in to eat. Was seated promptly but waited 10 minutes for anyone to even come greet us for drink orders. Instead of placing orders I called manager over and told him what happened and that we would be leaving. Will NEVER be back. 2 stars for good food.

I usually love Chili’s! So I was surprised when I met a friend here on Dec. 21, right after noon, and there was no one to greet us at the door. We waited. And waited. More people came in behind us, a line formed. Finally I asked a server. She referred me to the manager, but said he was talking to someone. I finally located him cleaning a table. I told him that there were many people at the door but no host/hostess. He SNAPPED at me, «I know that!!» I was taken aback at his rudeness! At that point he went to the door and called over someone who had come in several minutes after we did. I told me friend we had better go somewhere else for lunch, as it was obvious this Chili’s was poorly managed. We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant next door.

The worst service EVER! I’ve been here 1 hour and still don’t have my food. There’s one table behind me and another table to the front and the rest of the tables are empty! How many times does one get to ask for tea? Whatever… Not coming here again. EVER.

In the past we would eat at chilli’s frequently but stopped going due to a decline in quality of food and service .4÷17÷2015, today we decided to give it another try and were again disappointed. Our server would only come to the table ever so often and was difficult to find when needed. Also the taste of the food was bland. One of the people in our party ordered a soup and salad which came in the smallest bowls ever. Before the salad was served in an actual plate, not any more. This was just a reminder of why we stopped coming here in the first place.

Ate there Dec 23, 2014. Really nice guy server. I had the Classic Ribeye for $ 17. Delicious! Plenty of food. Well-cooked and seasoned. The onion rings for an app were great too. Way to go Chili’s!

Why is it that the service at most of chain restaurants on the Westside the service sucks. 10 minutes to take our drink and appetizer order and 15 minutes and still no drinks. We got up and left.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. My husband and I were on the west side, we were starving, and we arbitrarily picked this location. We were seated fairly quickly, although it was a Friday night. The waitress didn’t greet us at our table though until 10 minutes after we sat down. We ordered drinks. Another fifteen minutes passed and they came. We ordered an appetizer, and went ahead and ordered our food as well because we didn’t know when we would next see our waitress. Twenty minutes later, our appetizer comes. Great. Five minutes after that our food comes. We’ve barely started working on the appetizer, and our waitress tries to take it away. Then we finally start eating our food, except the waitress got my husband’s order wrong. So we ask for them to fix it, which they do, quickly. We don’t see our waitress again until she brings the check another 20 minutes later. All in all, a pretty terrible experience. Not to mention, I finally decide to speak with the manager. I walked up to him and said«not to bother you, but our service tonight was horrible.» He looked at me, shrugged, and walked away. I will be complaining to corporate.

I signed onto Unilocal thinking, «Yeah, I’m going to give this Chili’s a piece of my mind!» Imagine my surprise when I find that this particular location has… two stars? I’m apparently in good company. I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in probably a year or so when my mom summoned us to the Coors location for my dad’s birthday dinner. Chili’s is my dad’s favorite restaurant, which is unfortunate, but to each his own – and you’re not going to argue with the old man on his birthday, of all days. Despite it being April 20th in Albuquerque, the beginning of this spring has been unseasonably cold. And yet, at Chili’s, they blast the AC so you feel like you’ve stepped into the friggin’ Arctic Circle. Everyone at the table was freezing, so I politely asked if they could turn the air down. I got the typical bullshit response: «I’ll check if I can do anything, but all of that is controlled by our main office.» Right. The main Chili’s Temperature Headquarters out of Washington DC. Sure, they may have to get a manager to do it, but they can do it. Ooooh trust me, I know. I have lots of experience with breaking servers when it comes to unfavorable temperatures. But at Chili’s, you have to ask four times, each time assuring the waiter(or, at one point, the manager) that your entire party is getting more and more irritated with the situation. Is it so much to ask to be COMFORTABLE while eating? And speaking of eating… we got our food in two parts. Yes, I did say this was a birthday dinner… but I didn’t mention that our party was comprised of a whopping SIX people. Woah! HUGETABLE! :insert sarcasm here: And yet we got our food in two parts. And when I say two parts, I mean two freaking parts… Three of us got our food, and the other three had to wait upward of TENMINUTES for theirs. May I also mention that my brother, who ordered chicken strips, got his on the first delivery, and his girlfriend, who ordered the exact same thing, had to wait ten minutes for hers? How does that even make sense?! We complained and got an awesome excuse: the servers had an impromptu meeting in the kitchen. In the middle of service?! When you’ve half-served a table!!! No. Just no no no. I’m 100% done with this place, possibly with this entire franchise. I used to be a Chili’s fan in my younger days, but this place has gone so far downhill at this point it’s underground. Next time Pops wants to go to Chili’s, I’m offering to pay for the entire ticket so long as we go somewhere else.

Was told there was a 10 – 15 min wait-So was handed the buzzer which never went off, but all patrons were already seated that got there after us. When seated took nearly 10 minutes for drink order/meal order(bye that time we knew what we wanted) after we ordered we waited and waited. Got food but only ½ because that’s when they decided to tell me what I had ordered couldn’t be made to choose another entrée, my family was eating I was picking at there food while I waited for what I ordered. Then after all that I still waited a disturbingly long time to eat my dinner which i didn’t enjoy at all. Over all poor service. Needs new Managment and Training.
