By far one of the worst Chili’s experiences I have ever had. The restaurant wasn’t exactly clean. And we felt like we were there for hours and hours. Food was really below average. I don’t think I will be visiting this location ever again

Me and my boyfriend went to Chili’s for a late night dinner on a Tuesday night. We sat in the bar area. The waitress was attentive and sweet. So sweet in fact, that we didn’t realize that we were there 30 minutes past closing time! No moans and groans from any of the staff, they were so polite. We apologized and they said, «No problem, take your time and finish your meal and drinks.» The food is always the same, pretty good. I usually get the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. My boyfriend got the guacamole burger. Also had the Texas fries and fried pickles. Chili’s is always a good choice for good food that is affordable.

Listen, I love finely crafted food. However, there are those nights or afternoons where you just want to go some place where it’s not going to feel like figuring out a equation to find something on the menu to order. For that my friends we have Chili’s. We find ourselves at the Cottonwood location and the Rio Rancho(Southern Blvd.) location and both have always been pleasant experiences. If I had to pick one over the other, I’d go with the Southern Blvd. — but that’s if I HAD to pick one, either is fine. For nights you don’t want to cook but you are hungry and thirsty, the dinner for 2($ 20) is perfect. We eat in the bar, typically. We like sports! There is never a shortage of tv’s or sporting events to watch.

Wow! Loved my experience here! It was a special occasion for my family the night we visit your location. My daughter had a performance and we traveled a hour to get to Albuquerque. Service was quick! Polite and courteous employees! This is hard to find in a restaurant now days. Food was wonderful by the way. My husband and I had the rack of ribs. Our daughter had the half rack of ribs. My toddlers had Mac n cheese and the other pizza. $ 80.00 was well worth our experience! I will definitely be visiting again soon. thank you, thank you, thank you for being so kind.

This place is close to my house. It’s kind of one of the«neighborhood bars». The food is decent. When I go, I like to have the trio fajitas that features chicken, steak, and shrimp. It comes with tortillas and all the fajita fix ins(including a yummy guac). You can add on black beans and rice if you want. Chilis has something for everyone… including ribs, burgers, salads, and greasy apps. I do love the southwest egg rolls :). Try a presidente margarita while you are at it.

I like Chili’s… This Chili’s is close to my house and always consistent. I have never had a bad experience. I love the Southwestern Egg rolls and the chips and salsa is cheap and tasty.

Even after my review, complete with bloody pics, no response from management. I thought corporate would have been interested in the food quality at this particular place. I still can’t bring myself to walking back through their front door.

I really don’t have the time to explain everything that happened and I sure don’t want to bore you. Let me sum it up by saying our waitress was so WASTED that her manager had to send her home. They did want to charge us full price for our crappy experience until I complained and the manager gave us a well deserved discount. I used to love to come here, not so much now!

Very disappointed in management here! Had an entire platter of food spilled on me and my husband tonight. Beans likely ruined my sweater, got all over our shirts and his pants, and ended up in my purse. I’m not upset with the server because accidents happen. Instead, I am upset with the manager who thought taking our two meals off the ticket(we had a table of six that included 2 teenagers and 2 kids) and giving me coupons for 4 free kids meals(provided I purchased a full-size entrée at regular menu price for each coupon I redeemed) would be enough to cover the fact that I was in a thoroughly embarassing situation in a very busy restaurant and had to walk out of there with wet clothes in 40 degree weather! PLUS, I didn’t even get to enjoy my food because it was cold and disgusting by the time I finished cleaning myself up! I feel like the manager brushed the situation completely under the table. I checked with a restaurant manager I know before posting this to see if I am out of line in my expectations and even he said the manager should not have asked us to pay a single dime AND should have offered a dessert on the house. Instead, we were given our ticket and basically shoved out the door! I doubt I’ll ever return here.

Been here twice and both times they served stale Tortillas. Went there for the Veterans Day«Free Meal» and the chicken in the Chicken Taco’s Dish was soooo far passed cooked that it might have had some ash on it. Then when I complained they offered to comp THAT meal… THEFREEMEALFORMYVETERANSSERVICE. Way to go, Chili’s take the FREE meal off the ticket. If you want Fajita’s or something take the extra 5 minutes and drive up to the Chili’s on Southern and Unser. They don’t screw it up.
