Christine Lohkamp – Signature Southwest Properties

Christine is awesome. She works really hard at what she does, but somehow manages to be super responsive and friendly. She kept her eye keenly on the market for us and found us the perfect house – it had only been on the market about an hour and one person had already viewed it. She took us to see it that night and we put in an offer! Now, we’re living very happily in our awesome house!
She was very flexible and willing to work with us on days/​times when we could view houses. She works really hard to get you the best price, all the features you’re looking for and didn’t try to push us outside our comfort level with our price range. We’re first time home buyers and Christine took a lot of time to explain things to us and walk us through the whole process. She also does the cutest personal touch for Thanksgiving and brings all her clients pies! Seriously, she is a real professional and I have recommended her to all my family and friends.
