I just had dental surgery and just wanted some Warm Yummy Home style food! I ordered A leg, honey biscuits a side or mac and cheese and mashed potatos. The chicken was Delish!!! The Honey biscuits. .I could eat like 30 lol the mac and cheese had cheddar cheese baked on top and tasted homeade. Fantastic! Mashed potatos tasted a but possessed but we’re ok. Overall it was way better than the KFC type meal I was expecting. If u want a home style meal that dosent cost a bunch I recommend here. The staff was friendly and helpful with how to order since I’d never been before. It was clean and smelled great! Staff wore all helth nessesy gear. I even got a 99 cent drink all thou happy hour ended 10 min prior.

We’ve been to this establishment several times and every time we go the drive thru employee forgets something in our order. Today was it I will not be returning!!! I stopped by to get dinner for my family after a long day at work. When I checked my order they forgot my jalapeños. So I’m thinking okay get home they forgot a side as well. The young lady Marina needs to be replaced she was carrying on a conversation about another employee threatening to quite today. Frank you may want to have that discussion with your team about what’s customer service.

Service has been improved to what a fast food place should be.
So giving them an extra star now.

my family got our food to go when we got our meal home the chicken was bloody raw!!! wilp never eat there again!!!

This location has always been convenient for the way home from work or the mall if you live in Paradise Hills or Ventana Ranch community. My family and I have eaten here often over the last few years and nothing had really stood out, good or bad. Today is different because this location was above and beyond the normal. The service was excellent. The biscuits were fresh because that is what they offered to do for us. We can gladly make you a fresh batch of biscuits if you don’t mind waiting? Uh-​OK! How awesome is that? I’m sure that fried chicken doesn’t always get rave reviews, but I think the overall meal was delicious and fresh. I am very happy with the food and services from this restaurant. Thanks!

Very similar experience as William… The service was prompt an the restaurant was clean and maintained. The chicken was hot and clearly cooked right before I ordered it.
The only thing standing in the way of a better rating was the sides. The mashed potatoes were made with boiling water as I waited and my large coleslaw was only filled a hair past the halfway mark.
I’ll be back as it is a decent meal on the fly.

What to do about dinner when you are in a bind, you need to feed three kids and parents, and everyone is sick of pizza. Throw in that in general, we are not huge fans of unhealthy foods and somehow, we decided on Fried Chicken. And here is the truth. About twice a year, we eat fried chicken. And, we like it, although I’m certain that the clogged artery just got a little more clogged. I digress, back to the food.
First, covering the sides, underwhelming. The «mashed potatoes» were anything but, the fries were limp, and the corn was… corn.
Next, the chicken. Hot, fresh, juicy, and cooked very well. I was surprised, and I would eat here more if I did not think each bite was taking a day off my life.
Finally, service. We went through the drive through and it was quick, efficient, and provided good customer service!
