Horrible. I strongly recommend any other home warranty and inspection company. I could not believe how difficult it was to get a hold anyone other than the receptionist. When they give you your home warranty they exclude everything that is likely to break and don’t explain a believable reason for the exclusion. So your «warranty» is practically worthless. Waste of time and money. You would be better off putting the money for the warranty into a bank account for use when something breaks as you will not get a cent worth of warranty repair from Concept One.

Stephen did our home inspection on our new home we just got. He was on time and did a great job. Took pictures of everything that needed to have work done or was not up to code. He sent us a six page typed up report with all the pictures. It was the best experience we had buying our house. I recommend him to anyone.
