Dr. DeFazio and his incredible staff have made going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience than you could imagine.
As a graduate student with no dental insurance, seeing the dentist wasn’t necessarily a priority — but I’ve gotten older, I have realized how important it is to maintain my health… INCLUDING my teeth. The rate Dr. DeFazio charges for cleanings, X-​rays, and other services are extremely affordable and worth even more in preventative care. Dr. DeFazio and his staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as well, and don’t push you into anything unnecessary. While going to the dentist is often a chore, the great attitude and service from Dr. DeFazio and his staff make is bearable, even if they do harass you to floss more!

I’m about to move away from New Mexico and one of the reasons it is hard to leave is because I’ve finally found a great dentist! I’ve been seeing Dr. Defazio for a few years now, for regular checkups, replacement of some old fillings, and a crown or two. My previous dentist supposedly had a great reputation but I had the strong feeling that his mind was not on his work. Dr. Defazio has been very thorough, he very clearly listens to my questions and concerns and he gives me great information. I have a pretty high tolerance for anesthetic too, and he’s always made sure to give me enough when I’ve had work done, and made sure I was comfortable. He’s a very pleasant guy to talk to, and I have complete trust in him. Great qualifications for a dentist!
