Denny’s

Worst service ever! Waited 20 minutes while the hostess rung up all the customers. Then she seated me by the bathroom, which smelled. Not very appetizing. So I moved myself to the front of the Resturant. Meanwhile everyone else seated after me got their food (except one family who walked out). Finally got service after 20 plus minutes. No wonder the Resturant was empty on a Sunday! Serious managerial issues at this place. Go across the street to Cracker Barrel…

Excellent location! Great food and the waitresses brought us a fresh cup of coffee as the new pot was ready. Wonderful staff!

Got seated at a dirty table and the host tried to cover it up with a menu which made the menu all sticky. Waitress was friendly and cleaned the table and apologized. But after she took our order and brought our food, she never came back. Waited 20 minutes with an empty drink. No one ever came and about 4 people walked by and I tried to get their attention. Some other random person dropped off our check. Credit card machine was down. Worst service ever.

We went twice after this location first opened. Slow, poor service…

I am sitting here doing some work. I travel a good bit for work and I see a lot of servers. There is something a little different about both my server, Joanna, and the other male server working this morning. They really seem to care for their customers. When speaking with me Joanna made great eye contact and also co ruined to check on me. I listed to the other server, and he was equally attentive. The food was well prepared and they tommy special dietary request without question. Good job.

Just had the chicken fried steak with with wild rice and Mac and white cheddar cheese.
The CFS was good the wild rice was very tasty, and the Mac and Cheese was was out of this world good!

Way too slow. The food was fine, and usually Denny’s is reliable for a level of service, but it wasn’t full, and everyone just seemed to be poking around. There appeared to be plenty of staff on hand, but nobody seemed to be interested in doing their jobs quickly.

We have not been to Denny’s in eons. We stopped at this location. It is small and off to the side by the hotels. Sunday after church possibly a 15 minute wait. Staff was superb, professional, and incredibly friendly. Our meal was really great. I got the banana bread French toast and it was divine. Denny’s why have I slighted you for so long? Just writing about it is making me hungry all over again. This is a very small location. It is obviously just normally used for the hotel guests. don’t let that discourage you though.

Horrible. My family and I stayed at La Quinta Inn, which also happens to be right next to this Denny’s, and were famished after a long day of sight seeing we chose to eat here and head back to out rooms. But the service was absolutely disappointing. Laura was rude and incompetent. My young daughter ordered a chocolate milk and afterward Laura left our table we opened the Kid’s Menu to find that if you order a chocolate milk that my daughter would receive a free cupcake cup. When Laura came back I asked if we could have the cup since we ordered a chocolate milk and she said no. She’s charge me again. This made no sense to me especially because it was her job to inform that Denny’s offered that deal for Kid’s. We then waited 32 minutes for our food to arrive. (May I add that my mom is diabetic and must eat at a certain time). Then, Laura got my order wrong, and didn’t bring us straws when everyone else, mostly Caucasians customers, had their straws. Plus, upon check out she charged me for my daughter’s kid’s meal when the menu clearly states kid’s meals are complementary with an adult entrée purchase which I had to bring to her attention. Just an overall bad experience. When I called supervisor, the person that answered said she did not work with Denny’s anymore, so that info isn’t even updated. DO NOT STOP HERE. Especially if you are not Causaion, your service will stink due to racial, incompetent Denny’s employees.

I was craving some moons over my hammy, but received a meal that was like no other I’ve had at any other Denny’s. It wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t what I expected in consistency with other Denny’s.
Servers here need to take note of not touching their hair or faces while serving, which I noticed quite frequently. Especially grabbing your pony tail and flinging it back prior to reaching for plates on the line. Yuck!
Another thing that annoyed me was getting my salad when I’m half way through my meal, with a «sorry sweetie, here you go», which in my opinion she should have asked if I still wanted it prior to bringing it out.
Service needs retraining here.
Most likely will not return.

Great! Was seated immediately! Waiter, Doms was friendly and fast! The Chicken Boubon Skillet was served sizzling. Excellent flavor! Very clean! Thank you!

Demitri was very nice and helpful when we needed to order. Kids had a good time. Food was cooked exactly how
It should be. We had just eggs and waffles and pancakes, nothing spectacular or different. Eggs are eggs, so there isn’t anything to report in the flavor department.

This Denny’s is sort of hidden by the overpass, and I’ve been meaning to stop by for a couple of days, since I moved nearby.
When I drove in, i parked in the parking lot, only to be honked by a large truck pulling a trailer home or so. That instantly annoyed me, so I re-​parked and then the person who was driving, cut in front of me as I walked inside, and said «I didn’t think I could park with your little car in the way. Ha ha.» The waiter inside said «table for 3?» I thought to myself, don’t associate be with them.
The place was sort of empty, so I took a booth on the far corner, the waitress was nice and offered her list of drinks, coke =P. I ordered their $ 6 burger and set up my laptop to get online, but couldn’t connect. The waitress went to another table, but was taken over to the fact that she couldn’t speak Spanish, so she said she would get someone else to help their table, and a guy came from the back and took their order, they seemed pleased. My waitress came back with my coke and then went back to the kitchen area and started talking about her boyfriend and that she went though his email to see if he had any kids unspoken of, or people he emails, and they went into deep laughs and conversations, while two women came in, they stood at the doorway for a while and weren’t greeted so, they sat down: looked around and one woman got up and grabbed a menu. I got up and said «Excuse me, there are people here» to the Spanish speaking waiter, who was in my view, then he said «Table 16 needs something.» My waitress came out and said «what do you need?» I looked at her and said, you have new customers. She said «Oh,» turned around and said, «who’s turn?»
They either need more attentive people or a door bell that chimes when people come in, because I was getting annoyed just watching the act.
Food was good, but not great. I don’t see myself coming back, because their WiFi won’t connect with my laptop, and I know other places that has better ingredients and food for the same price.
