I’m shocked at the poor reviews for this place. I’m a very discerning client that gets regular pedicures in the Bay Area. I was disappointed in previous pedicures that I received in Nob Hill and actually had my pedicure redone here 5 days later. Let me tell you, it was amazing! Kay was very detail oriented and kind. Im suspect lucky since I am prone to ingrowns, and it’s easy for people to hurt me. This is definitely my go to place in Albuquerque now! It’s $ 30 for a mani pedi, and $ 40 for a deluxe pedicure with regular manicure. This time I’m trying the deluxe petite since it looks so awesome! The salon even has adorable butterfly chairs for kids to get work done in!

I will personally never step foot in the door of this business again. If one of my friends wants to go there, I might think about throwing myself in front of a bus before I let that happen. Not only was the eyebrow wax job ghastly, the customer service was pushy.
The lady who waxed my eyebrows not only scammed me, but she lifted my face– so it’s one week later and I still have horrible scabs. On. My. Face. On top of that, she did a terrible job on my eyebrows and I got overcharged. I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I’m actually embarrassed of the hack job they did and I don’t want other people to have to deal with this.
Contrary to the famous line from Arnold Schwarzenegger, I will *not* be back.

If I could give this place one star, I would! I got a pedicure. They were somewhat nice. I noticed the tools didn’t come out of a sterile package. I saw a sterilizer in the back and wrongly assumed that meant they sterilized the tools well. The place was empty on a Sunday. That should have been a sign! Two days later, I have a horrible infection in both big toes!!! I have to go to my provider and get antibiotics since nursing it and soaking isn’t helping! I gave them a call before posting this and they didn’t seem surprised. The owner never called me back! Steer clear! I don’t want anyone else to get an infection!

I went in and looked around. The manicurist was quite pushy so I don’t think I’d enjoy my experience here. The atmosphere was not serene and relaxing. Then another pushy lady came out as I was leaving.
