I was in the store today for about 30 mins before any associate talked to me– and they weren’t busy. The store manager, not sure her name, is rude and handled my exchange very poorly– making me feel bad about wanting to exchange an item. I didn’t even return it– I exchanged ONETOP and wanted to put it toward my $ 300 purchase! The only reason I bought anything was because they were having an amazing sale. But after this customer service experience, I will be shopping online ONLY.

Always, always, always good customer service. I have never had to deal with disgruntled employees here which tells you a little something about the company. I have shopped at this particular store on and off for years and no matter what changes, the service is always familiar and I enjoy that. They don’t «upsell» too hardcore here which I personally prefer. There is always someone near when you need help and the employees consistently greet you and check up on you. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that Express has amazing coupons!
