Dissatisfied with the 5 Star promotion program. Received Five Star notice that I could redeem for 2 for 1 entrée. No qualifications whatsoever, simply a button to redeem. Drove 10 miles placed order for 2 entrees and then told the entrees can only be pasta products. Clearly bait/switch. Very curt with no apology. Will NEVER visit again. Not the cost… it’s the poor customer service and false advertising.

This place was just awful I got the beef provolone panini. The meat was definitely microwaved which gave it A disgusting mouth feel, chew, and smell! The bread was nothing special and I doubt it was even put on a Panini Grill. The accompanying pasta salad was overcooked. The cannoli tasted like it was maybe a day or two old just not right. This place is a joke avoid at all cost go down to the original Saggios downtown

Good food, but the restaurant was dirty and the tables needed to be cleared and cleaned. Tables were very sticky. The three young lady employees behind the counter were too busy giggling and talking around the customers in Spanish. Very annoying when there is a line of customers trying to order. They have these stupid tiny containers of parmesan cheese that they were out of and we were unable to get any from the gigglers. Definitely need a lesson in customer service and a good cleaning!

Mixed bag. The jumbo slice of pizza was good. The salmon salad had frozen salmon that had to be microwaved. It tasted horrible. Order pizza. Stay away from the rest of the menu. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

This was my first time in the place. It was nice and the menu looked like Saggios which I enjoy. Food was consistent with Saggios and prices the same. I would recommend the place. Unlike Saggios there is no beer here.

This place is not saggios, that’s for sure. I got a slice of pepperoni. The crust is still amazing and delicious, but the pizza as a whole was sad. I believe my pizza was an old slice that they attempted to melt new cheese over. Look I get it, I’ve worked in restaurants my whole life, but this was sad. The new sprinkle of cheese was melted barely enough to make it stick, and definitely not enough to cover up old pizza. I was in a hurry so I needed something fast, and I frequent the Fastinos on fourth Street, so I thought it was a good idea. I’m a bit upset that that was a bad decision.

This place started out before it was Saggios as Nunzios. On Menaul and Juan Tabo. They closed back in the mid 90’s. Now they opened Saggios and this is a satellite. The pizza is far from what it use to be and is far too doughy.

Great kid’s deals for just over $ 4 a large square slice of pepperoni with a juice box and small cheesecake… FYI they don’t have full size Pizza pies like the Mother-Restaurant Saggio’s but the slices are HUGe. Also don’t forget to try their homemade cannoli it’s to die for!

I love the pasta. It tastes great and you get so much. Two people can eat off it. Their salads are great, but I haven’t been impressed with the pizza.

In addition to being able to get a great tasting slice of pizza or pasta, try a Rice Fusion bowl. My favorite is the Green Chile Chicken bowl. It’s served with Hatch green chile, a chicken breast, sautéed beans and rice, and covered in Alfredo sauce. Very tasty!

Car show every Wednesday afternoon. Not a big show but very cool to look at the old hot rods if your in the drive thru or go inside and walk over and check them out up close. Kinda like getting a slice and looking at old cars and some new faster cars.

This is a nice clean pizza place atmosphere with great, friendly staff. Very helpful in pizza selection, and courteous in portioning. Family friendly and quick to have your food to you. There’s even a drive through with fast service. I came here while getting new tires across the parking lot. Was a great way to waste time without feeling rushed to leave.

Great place for fast Italian food! Delicious classic Italian pastas. One of my favorites is the baked ziti. Also they serve huge Sicilian pizza slices for a decent price. Worth it for drive thru Italian.

Fastinos is great. You get a lot of food for the money! Most people don’t know that it’s derived from Saggios; which happens to be my favorite pizza place in town. So, naturally Fastinos is close in the running. Slices are HUGE! I always have a hard time finishing one piece; and I eat a lot of food. The crust is nice and fluffy, but crunchy like it should be. The cheese — delicious. The sauce is a nice balance too. I just wish I could order a whole pizza here, because a fresh whole pizza is always better than a re-cooked slice. I’ve never had the pasta here(other than the pasta salad), but it always looks great. Every time I venture in here, most people have pasta so maybe I’m missing out on something. The place is usually very clean — they are usually pretty good about cleaning off tables, but sometimes not. Bathrooms are OK. I mean it’s a public bathroom, what can you expect? The atmosphere is kind of a mix of sportsbar and old timey fast food italian eatery. There are TVs surrounding the entire sitting area. Lots of people come here to watch sports, so watch out during football season especially. The music is great also. All in all a great place to get a quick meal whether you are single or with the whole family.

Just might be our last Fastino’s trip. Whoever is in charge of hiring there is in serious need of a priority check. This evening we went in and were«helped» by a girl who’s friends were sitting at the bar across from the register. She proceeded to giggle at them while trying to take our order and couldn’t stop. Are you kidding me? We just turned and left because she was so incredibly rude. We then went to Mario’s where another young person, in fact two, were just delightful. I get it, one’s sit down, one’s fast food but I’ve gotten friendlier faces at a Wendy’s drive through! This is at least the third time the service has stunk at Fastino’s and the food is getting less reliable unless you only want to order $.99 pizza. Hope they figure it out though… For now, we’ll head back to Saggio’s.

Pretty good Italian food for the price. The Four Cheese Ravioli is tasty. The Tuscano Pasta salad is really good too. Restrooms are clean and I really like the music there.

No Garlic Bread! That’s just the first fail. Fastino’s looks good, smells good, sometimes tastes good. The service is slack and discourteous. Try the lasagna, Caesar salad, and seafood rice bowl(odd, I know). A «thank you» wouldn’t hurt once in a while. They have one register to take the order and another to pay AND they expect you to know it. They tend to hire a crew of kids who don’t really know what to do if you try to customize or inquire about a dish. Be sure to check for napkins and utensils of you order to go. Inevitably, something is always forgotten if your order exceeds 5 items. Good luck

Love this place. It’s convenient and I don’t have to go to Saggio’s and deal with the traffic. They have such delicious cannoli. Yum! I was a little upset when I went order desserts and everything I wanted they were out of. Kind of a bummer. This was the first time it happened. I wish the prices were a little lower on some items. Love the food though.

Ah yes, Fastino’s. I believe it is time you become known for your pasta and salads rather than your pizza. I understand you guys put the Fast in Fastino’s but I would not mind waiting an extra 10 mins for the whole pizza pie to be made and baked with all the toppings. Baking the toppings is what fuses all the flavors together. Leave the making cheese pizzas, topping them to order, and warming them up to your sister establishment in the UNM sub.

We had been there before and were a little disappointed with the service, but since it was a sister business of the delicious Saggio’s we decided to try it again. I was a little disappointed because it is only the fast food version. The food tastes good but it was a bit cold(that may be due to the fact the air conditioner is on super high). The $ 0.99 pizza is good and so is the salad, butt he staff is not very friendly or professional. I am planning on trying the Fastino’s on Fourth Street. I hope their service is better!
