I would like to commend the great people at Federal Lock and Key. I was in dire need of a locksmith at 1:15am and they came to my rescue!!! At 1:15 am … Who else would do that?
I was unable to get into my safe to get a spare key. I lost my other key.
I explained to the woman that I absolutely needed to get access into my safe and it would not open.
She was calm, even though I was in a panic, and said that they would be over in about half an hour!
They showed up early and went to work, in the freezing cold, and got it open!!!
I was unable to get the other locksmiths I called to acknowledge me at that time of night.
I am greatly in debt to Federal Lock and Key for going the extra mile to help me.

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased a groupon for this business and when I called to set up the appointment, the lady (who refused to give me her name) rudely informed me they were not on groupon and I would have to take my issue up with them. She did not even seem interested to find out why her business may wrongly be set up on groupon for who knows how many people to buy. I called back to find out supervisor information or corporate information to leave a customer service complaint and she informed me she was corporate and if I called back she would seek legal action. Who does business this way???
