I was shocked but optimistic when BF consumer relations contacted me on here and appeared genuinely interested in resolving my complaint. They asked for my visit details, which I emailed. Then they said they would open a complaint and would call me on the phone for details of my visit. Well, that never happened. No phone calls, no further emails. As expected they had no follow through. I don’t think they really care about their customers. They just wanted to make a token post on Unilocal to make it appear that they were actually concerned with their customers’ concerns. I would change my rating to negative stars if possible.
