Excellent place so far… I’ve read the reviews and I’m hoping I don’t get any ill feeling like this but I’ll keep you all informed on the upcoming weeks. So far my wife has been satisfied with the services and they have even given her two free facials. However, I can tell the environment is a salesman type environment… not really sure the prices or what things are until you’re shown. But I’ll update after the salt room facial.

The personal attention provided by Vincent was awesome. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Actually he is why I made the purchase. When comparing the product itself to others, the price is a bit high. Have used it for a week now and not seeing any big changes between what my other products do for my skin and what this does. It smells great, and it is showing to be as effective as any other quality product, at least three times the cost. I normally spend about 40.00 for moisturizer, 40.00 for collagen, and about 40 for the c serum. All botanical, all pure. I spent the extra as a little year end/Christmas gift to me. Because the ingredients are identical, same strengths, I most likely wont purchase again. Note they do say their product contains gold powder. Outside of sheer indulgence, I am not sure what that does for the skin, but it is most likely part of the reason for the cost. Thank you Vincent. It was nice to meet you. Best wishes for Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year!

The service here was very nice. I got to meet David, a french guy, who works very hard, traveling around to several different cities for this company and working long hours and 6 days a week. Anyway, the products seem absolutely amazing from what I could tell. The ladies in the store had great looking skin. Oh, did I mention this is a skin care store? It’s super expensive though and I feel like David used every card i n the book to sell me some product. I ended up buying these masks that are supposed to help with my eczema on my face, but be even tried to sell me more product after I had already paid and was about to leave! What gets me is that they have you schedule a follow-up appointment to see how your skin has changed. I am quite certain that at the appointment, they will use it as an opportunity to sell, sell, sell. And this stuff ain’t cheap! But, wow… my skin felt so good walking out, and I felt like I looked more youthful. :) Damn, I want more! Gotta find me a sugardaddy. Ha!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional and hostile people. I don’t know what kind of place thinks they will get or keep customers with the rude and inappropriate behavior they have. Beware of this place, stay clear! Even if you find yourself to be a nice person, they immediately know how to bring out the worst in you.

Dont walk by the store front! I was passing by Gold elements when a really nice girl ask me to come in so she could show me some skin cream for my eyes, she put several products underneath my eyes. She then said Oh I guess you don’t use anything on your face and I replied yes I do, my best friend is an esthetician and I’m a hairdresser. I then told her that my face is really sensitive and that I would have to see how it does on my face before I would purchased anything. She told me everything was organic all natural and I said, I still have to wait and see what the reaction is to my face. I asked her for a card .We went up to the front and then another gentleman who is tall, dark haired with a goatee came and said he had to finish with some kind of electrode treatment underneath my eye. He then said let me put cream underneath your neck and I replied I’m sorry but my friends are waiting for me I don’t have time, I said thank you but I wasn’t interested and walked away, and as I was walking away he said well guess you’ll just have to walk around with that turkey neck. I was appalled! for one thing I’m a 56 year old woman and I look damn good for my age. How dare he to insult me! He didnt even ask me my age. I did shout back f… you! When I got home I called Bath and Body Works and asked if they knew the name of the place next door. She got their phone number, and told me the name of the place, and then I told her what happened. She told me that I was the THIRD person this week to complain about them. It’s a beautiful place and a brand new Business. I’ve been a hairdresser for almost 40 years I would never talk disrespectful to any client. We did call corporate office and they couldn’t have been nicer. Hopefully they will find someone else to run their beautiful store. untill then.Beware!
