I went to Heights for the first time and the moment I walked it, I was waited on. They made my key so fast that I didn’t even have time to look around the store. Before I knew it, there were more customers coming and as they were coming in, another employee came out to the front counter to wait on them. I was impressed and very pleased that they were able to make my key as it was an abnormal size key and they had no problem of making a spare.

Lost one of the keyless remote fobs for our RAV4. Ordered one from
. They advised taking it to a qualified locksmith. This place seemed very qualified. Might be with other remotes but with RAV4… not so much. Something went amiss and the remote didn’t start the car. Starter turned but engine wouldn’t catch. They tried over and over. This triggered the anti-​theft circuit and killed the car. Dead. Subsequent attempts failed. Had to call a wrecker and had the car hauled to a dealer. Dealer said both my remaining remote and the new spare were cooked, the ECU was locked. Two hours labor, new fob needed…$ 316…to get it running again. In fairness, they have a disclaimer when you bring in a remote. Take them at their word.

I have a good experience here today. Was interested in a small safe and they had a few options. As soon as I walked in Ken was there smiling and happy to help.
As I started to inquire about a home security system, he made a call and had a security expert Drive in to talk with me about setting the system up. All in all — it was all hands on deck and very friendly and helpful. Yes they do Auto Keys with Memory Chips.

Heights Lock and Key came out to my business, Masterpiece Massage Therapy, and fixed a commercial lock system that was installed previously by someone else. Their techs were knowledgeable, fast, and did an excellent job. I called them because of recommendations and their great reputation, and would definitely use them again.

I have been to this location three times and three times I have left without any service. Went in today to inquire about a surveillance system (they are also Heights Security) and was totally ignored. There were other people in the store waiting and no one even came to check the front of the store. I waited over 10 minutes for help.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! By accident, I locked my keys in my storage shed when I was just about to leave for work. Imagine my despair! A quick call to Heights and they were able to solve my dilemma by sending over a technician who arrived in about 10 minutes and had me on my way. Quick, courteous service means they will have a customer for life. THANKS!

Heights had the best price in town on a cut and program for my Honda Pilot key ($ 45). The shop can get kind of busy, so we had to wait a while. They did a good job though, and I’ll use them again if I need a key or lock.
