If I could give zero, this place would receive it! I inherrited service with this company at my dad’s house after he passed away and all interaction with this company was a nightmare. I felt I knew more than the technician when he arrived, and he left without the house being secure. After things were «okay» the alarm went into an error mode and the Albuquerque based company could not assist me in Santa Fe until the following morning. The alarm was tripped shortly after I left town and NO ONE on the call list was contacted! The only reason I heard about the ordeal was through the neighbors. Unreal! After that incident, I tried to contact the company to cancel the service from here in CO, and was repeatedly told I would receive a call back. Six calls later, I finally caved and paid the remaining balance in order to get this nightmare over with. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are unprofessional and do not deliver the level of service they promise! NEVER EVER USE HOME SECURITY SYSTEMS!!!
