Jack In The Box

So my husband and I and our 1 yr old daughter moved out here to Abq from Texas and we decided to go to this jack in the box for the first time today. (We used to live near a jack in the box in TX and were really excited to get our hands on some tacos) we went at 2pm. It was 85 degrees outside and we went in my husbands car which does not have a\c. After ordering 8 tacos. I asked for a courtesy water bc of the heat. The young man working the drive thru window said he would be right back with our water… well The manager came to the window and asked if we needed anything else. We asked for condiments. She hands us the ranch and says have a nice day. We sit there waiting. for our water. And she comes to window again and says «yes?» I was totally appalled. I asked for the water again and I honestly can’t believe or even understand why this women made us feel so uncomfortable for asking for a water. Why did the young man serving us leave to get the water and never return? Why did she some to window and try rush us off? What on earth happened. Very unsatisfactied with this managers weak excuse for professionalism. It was ridiculous and awkward. & makes me not want to return. Customer satisfaction = 0

I have been to this location numerous times and have found it to be consistant in service and food quality. The staff is friendly and attentive to the customers.

The burger came out of a holding tray. Burger was warm to cold. It lacked any flavor. Cheese did not melt. You would think for $ 5 plus dollars they could get it right. They don’t. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

We went through the drive through and we had such a difficult time taking to the employee. When we got out food we didn’t even get napkins and the wait was so long for what little food we got and what little business they had at the time. Food was sloppily thrown together and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very professional service, fresh food. The employees are kind and will go out of their way to help you.

We tried to eat here this evening. Not one person in the lobby besides us and the 2 workers wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Waited for about 10 min, nothing. As we went to leave a different gentleman walked in as we walked out got service right away. I was not happy at all. Won’t be visiting this location again.
