Last week, the third worst thing that happened to me was that I locked myself out of my house. I called Josh’s Lock & Key, and was helped by Scott, a locksmith who called back immediately, showed up when promised, and got me back into my house within minutes.
The company gets four stars instead of five because my call was handled by voicemail. A person locked out of his house on a day with triple-digit temps does not want to get a machine when he calls for help.
Otherwise great! Would recommend. If you call and get voicemail, go ahead and leave a message. Scott called back before I was done leaving mine.
