Kirtland Inn Lodging

Their systems were down when I made my reservations for a pet friendly room, but they took my reservation anyway and said they will load my info once their systems are back up. I arrived at the inn to check in just to find out that they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms available. They wanted me to crate my pet at an outside facility out of pocket for the night. I mean, really?! I have to spend more money because you guys failed at your jobs??? I decided to look for another place off base that had pet friendly rooms available. After a long drive that was the thing I wanted to do. So disappointed with this place. They could’ve notified me of the situation once they found out, but obviously they didn’t. Would’ve saved me the trouble of looking last minute for a room. I would’ve given them no stars if I could.

The rooms are actually really nice, but there are many downsides. Cockroaches in the summer, showers are flimsy and small, WiFi is horrid just the worst, cell reception is pretty bad as well.
Rooms are nice though.
