Kohl’s

I am so tired of Kohls shenanigans. And when I say shenanigans I mean deception. I shouldn’t have to scrutinize every purchase made. But take my advice don’t take it for granted that they will ring you up at the price that you are expecting. This last trip I was in the juniors section. There is normally a table full of t-​shirts in between the jewelry and juniors section. There was a huge sign two for $ 20 That was the price that I expected today. However, Kohls had a different idea in mind for me. I was rung up at one T-​shirt for $ 14.99 and the other T-​shirt at $ 12.99. If my math is correct that would be more than. $ 20 total. Since these weren’t the only items that I purchased I made it all the way out to the car before realizing I had been overcharged. I turned around and went right back to customer service. Of course the lady behind the counter did not believe me. She proceeded to tell me that they do not sell T-​shirts like that two for $ 20. She then got on her walkie-​talkie and asked someone to check the price. Of course that employee went to a different section in the juniors area and told me that they would be $ 12 each. I offered to show her where I purchased the shirts from. I know in certain cases someone will have something in their hand and place it down. And you may think you’re picking it up and getting the sale price when the item that you want is in fact not on sale. However, this was not that case. There were stacks and stacks of the Style t shirts I was purchasing. Finally when I was ready to just return the items and say forget it I no longer want your bargain that isn’t truly a bargain anyway, a manager happened to walk by and overheard our conversation. They adjusted my price. Let’s be honest the Kohls cash is just a ploy to get you in. If they can have items on clearance for a fraction of the cost, What kind of markup do they have? I must say this store has been quite a disappointment my last few visits. This is a sad statement for me since I am normally a huge fan

We always find great deals on shoes and kids’ clothes here. I never find any clothes for me, but I like to look. The staff was friendly today and we went early so not many people were there. Usually there are long lines. The deals were great today!

Thought this kohls would have lobo gear … Guess not!

This store is rarely organized so sizes on hangers do not match garments and sizes listed on shelves are not what’s there, nor is it stocked with a range of sizes, all of which make for a difficult shopping experience. And lines at checkout are typically long so not a great way to finish off.
Sales and prices are of course what bring me back.

Good variety of basics and lots of sales. Can’t ask for much more than that!
