Worst experience ever! I am a professional photographer with loads of equipment. Every time i go into the kurts on juan tabo «John» is very rude. He is lazy and has NO knowledge of DSLR’s in this day in age how can you not know anything about digital? A customer that walked in asked about a lens for his D5000 to get a closer shot of his kid playing tennis. His options givin by John were the 55 – 200 or the 55 – 300 after having to look threw a nikon book. The customer asked what I thought being as i was holding my D810. I told him for sports to go with the 300 because he might need the extra range and its nice to have. John told me that i was «ruining his sales pitch! And to get the fuck out» lol!!! John YOU HAVE NO SALES PITCH!!! IF HE BOUGHT THAT LENS FOR 150 $ more its because i had the awnsers for him not you. your awnser of «idk what your talking about» didnt help him at all. And being rude to me in front of the customer i sold on that lens is pretty far from professional.. I will be contacting corporate. If you want great service go to the kurts on central! Love them and they know a thing or two! John is a money milking slob.
