We have been going to Lauren’s Hallmark for over 10 years now. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. They bring the holiday spirit alive with joyful conversation and personalities. I’ve been to other Hallmarks but this one makes me feel like family. They take the time to engage their customers, get to know their names and make them feel welcome. Avoid the mall, stop by Lauren’s Hallmark and enjoy the gift buying experience. We’ve never had any issues and if anything is wrong they are quick to fix the problem and offer solutions if they can’t.

I will never come back here again. Rude and unprofessional. I was very excited to finally find a hallmark shop around me because I just moved to Albuquerque and I haven’t been to one in many years, I had great teenage memories in other Hallmark shops. I walk in and the 2 ladies behind the cash register didn’t even greet me because they were too busy with their gossip, as I was looking around a male manager comes up to me and says in a rude tone«We closed 5 minutes ago you have to leave now!» I just looked at him and walked back to my car. My boyfriend is a manager at a shop and he’ll even tell you that is one thing you never do when you’re in retail especially with a potential buyer, the second issue was I didn’t even know they were closed they had no closed sign on the doors and the 2 gossip girls behind the cash register didn’t even have the decency to tell me they were closed.

This store has been an staple of this neighborhood strip mall for many, many years. And there’s a good reason: they offer great selection of greeting cards, gifts, and candy. Over the years, the greeting card offerings have shrunk by half, which I don’t like, but I’m sure it reflects demand. Very friendly staff and lots of parking.
