My biggest idduse with the apartment was they ovecharged me for water. I lived alone in a one bedroom and my water bill was almost $ 100. Impossible! Second the neighborhood is really unsafe but that is the price you pay for a huge apartment for cheap.
The maintence was always completed in a timely manner. There were leaks that happened in my apartment the apartment next door got flooded. I was lucky that I didn’t get bed bugs however my neighbor did get them. on a positive note, the staff is really nice. The fireplace works well however the fire alarm always goes off. They were understanding of parties.

Ok apartment complex. Indoor and outdoor pools but neither is heated so they’re pretty cold. Washer/​dryer very cheap. AC is somewhat unreliable — sometimes it’s cold, sometimes not. Gated parking; first parking spot is free with a $ 30 remote deposit to get in the gate. Manager is very friendly and available. Haven’t had to deal with maintenance yet. Apartment is large and a little old but it will more than work for the summer. Neighborhood isn’t the greatest but it’s alright.
