I will never go back again. Rude & seeming judgemental. In addition, my 15 year old daughter was quoted $ 30 for a set of nails for her Homecoming dance. Nothing extra was done, I was charged $ 50. By the way, they really really really prefer you have cash.

I enjoy Lilly’s. The staff is always nice and accommodating, and the salon is nice.
They do a great job on pedicures, but they definitely work hard to upsell. I usually end up getting a deluxe pedicure which includes a salt scrub massage and a hot wax foot treatment.
I have gotten a manicure with gel nail polish once, and it looked great. Really messes up your nails though, which is why I have not gotten since.
Definitely will be staying loyal to this salon anytime I need my nails done.

My nails came out just okay. Nothing spectacular at all. I got a gel pedicure and a regular manicure with NO nail polish. I get that gel polish on my toes is a little extra ($ 15 more). I thought it would be $ 32 (pedi mani price) plus that $ 15, but I ended up paying $ 66 and change!!! I asked why, and they charged for EVERY little thing. Even $ 5 to buff my nails instead of paint with clear polish. Wow. Biggest rip off ever. That’s what I get for cheating on my nail tech at Galaxy Spa on Louisiana. Never again.

Went back because lets face it not much out here by Corrales. Still one star, crappy nail job. Paint job is sloppy, the clean up around the edges is sloppy. Customer service was the only nice part of my experience. Lady got up about 5 times before she even started cutting my nails. Have a very low expectation of these salons, they do a quick mani pedi to get you out and the next person in. Not worth the money.

My nails look terrible, if that’s not enough said I don’t know what is.
I tried to show the lady a picture of the nails I like, which is the same picture I show everyone who does my nails, I wanted almond shaped nails instead of looking at the picture she just said they were too pointy and would break… like lady, i do my nails the same shape every time if you do them right they don’t break. Anyway I left with round uneven nails. Like really round though and the end is wider than the bottom

The paint job also is a bust there is little black bumps all over them because she didn’t even dust them off after filing them down. Also I wanted basic acrylic and she pretty much told me they don’t have quality acrylic product so to save a trip going back to get them fixed because «they WILL break» I had to pay $ 7 more.
Why even sell a product that is faulty?
On top of that the 2 girls at the front were just loudly talking shit about the people coming in how they were dressed ect. Just tacky no one thanked me no one even said hello when I came in. Maybe I look like a crazy person? Anyway I will not be returning… ever. Maybe just I had a bad experience.

I LOVE Lilly’s. I have always had exceptional service when I go there. I do not get hassled to purchase other services (i.e. — do you want a pedi too). I go in, tell them what I want and I am good to go. I will not go anywhere else.

Sweet girls, awesome and relaxing atmosphere, clean and comfy. Been going here 2 years. My favorite salon by far.

First time here. Loved it! I liked the fact my daughter got her own «princess» chair to sit in. Everyone was very friendly. Will be going back– cant beat the price.

I love my local nail salon Lilly’s and have been going here for over two years. It has a nice, welcoming atmosphere and the staff is friendly and always happy to see you. I think the trick to finding a good nail salon is finding the right nail technician and I always go to Hannah or Lilly. They have two little girl chairs for pedicures, which is such a cute touch. I can’t speak to the other nail technicians but I’ve always been happy with those two ladies and highly suggest this place!

Wanted to like it. Inside is appealing and clean. Service is so-​so. I could have done my pedi better myself except for the massage chair; sloppy polish and poor cuticle maintenance. Also they will use electric tools (for cuticle cleanup and callus removal) so tell them your preference.
