Warning … Do not buy bamboo flooring. Confirm with Home Depot or lowes.
We had bamboo installed a year ago, what a mistake. Bamboo is grass not wood so shrinks and expands in New Mexico. It shrinks and expands a lot so we have gaps and boards popping up. And try to call Corp for help is miserable. I talked to a guy Jason in November. Since then NO ONE will help me or return phone calls.

Totally not impressed. Walk in the guy at the counter says «hello ladies, how can I help you?» My mom goes to tell him how he can help, he cuts her off and says we will get to you in a bit.
He stands with a smug look on his face like we are wasting his time. Not explaining anything. Leo… If I worked and treated my customers the way he did it wouldn’t go over well.
