Master Locksmith Albuquerque

Absolutely the most unprofessional service I have ever received from a locksmith company. The «technicians» were rude, disgusting (one of the techs was obviously sick, he was coughing and hacking and spitting all over), and completely unsympathetic. Also, they drove away prior to confirming my identity, so if you want to steal a car, these are the people to call. Furthermore, the «owner» called me repeatedly after I called to make a complaint in order to harass me. She was rude, and completely unprofessional. She stated she gave them permission to leave before checking my ID, which was a flat out lie. In addition, their ad on Google and their website state its $ 15 for an auto lockout. They don’t inform you that is just the cost of them DRIVING to your location, wherein they will charge you an additional $ 35. This company, its employees, and its owner are the worst, absolutely despicable customer service.
Edits: This company will appear on your credit card as «Wolf Locksmith.» This company fraudulently over charged my card, when speaking to the «owner» requesting she refund it or be taken to court, she threatened me stating the call was being recorded and «good luck with that honey» in a condescending tone and hung up on me. I know why this company goes to great lengths to have various names online and you can’t find any reviews of them, because they don’t want people to know just how shady and terrible they truly are. BREAK YOUR OWN WINDOW BEFORE GIVING THESE SCUMBAGS ANY OF YOUR MONEY.
