This company is absolutely amazing! I placed three different orders and made a mistake when choosing the color of the mat I wanted. It was completely my mistake and I didn’t notice until it arrived at home. Matboard Plus sent me the right color the same day I realized the mistake at no additional cost! How amazing?
The mats that I ordered arrived perfectly! The packaging protected the mats well and it came very quick. I am definitely using Matboard plus again!

Extremely impressed with the quality of the material and workmanship. I love that they have black core matboards at a very reasonable price, and in all the colors of the rainbow! The matboards arrived in very secure and highly protective packaging, and were in pristine condition, without blemish. After exhaustive research on a plethora of online matboard companies, for the price, and variety of color and style, I will never shop anywhere else for my matboards.

Great Service and quality. I ordered six mats online but didn’t realize that I needed to subtract a half inch on my measurements for custom sizes. Dave was incredibly helpful and is sending me new ones free of charge just for the price of shipping. I ended up purchasing five more mats with the shipment. A total win-win for both of us. Good service is incredibly important to me so I will absolutely do business with them in the future.

I have been ordering my mats, boards & clear bags from Matboard Plus for several years now. The quality and customer service are beyond reproach. I just recently ordered custom cut mats and received a phone call from the Owner who wanted to make sure that the size of opening I had requested was actually what I wanted. It turned out that it wasn’t & he was able to correct it before the mats had already been cut and shipped.

Great quality products, reliable service and company! I have place a few big orders on Matboard Plus and will continue to do so!
They are pretty spot on with my order — delivering the correct size, quantity, and special requests. Items are packed with extreme protection. When I was short a few bags, they promptly sent replacements, no questions asked.
In addition, they are great about making changes to my order (giving them reasonable notice). Love the loyalty program. Prices are very reasonable if you order large quantities. Highly recommended!
