One of the slowest moving mcd… Drive through line looked insane so I walked inside. Taking like 10 minutes just to take my order… there were only two people in front of me. The guy in front of me and I both just wanted lg coffee and they had to ask both of us like three times what I’m getting. Registers seem to be broken but geez. Then the cashier just put my coffee in the counter without saying anything, not even looking at me. I had to get her attention to ask if that’s my coffee. «Yes» and she looked away. Bi%#h don’t mess with me and my coffee especially BEFORE I had my fill! NEVER again will I return to this dump.

Stopped here with the kids since this is the only McDonald’s in the area with a play place. Pretty clean looking and not busy in the morning on a Wednesday. Service wasn’t as fast as I would expect but it seemed like the drive through was slowing things down. The play area is large and looks maintained. If you’re on a long drive with kids and they need a break this place isn’t a bad option. I deducted one star for the wait on the food and they forgot I asked for no onions on my burger.

This location has got better with security guards added. some what fast and another option for breakfast for me because I go to work very early in the morning and not a lot places open yet. Close to work so my food is still warm by the time I get to my office.

Slow slow slow drive thru. There is always a long line. The food is average for McD’s it just takes forever to get it.
I’m pretty so-so on McDonalds in general, so it’s pretty hard to impress me here, but it’s also pretty hard to make me have a bad experience. Well this staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a horrible experience here and I don’t think this was a solitary incident. There were 4 of us eating and 3 of the 4 got sandwiches which had clearly been sitting around for much longer than they should have been. The meat was dried out and was so stone cold it didn’t even come close to melting the cheese. Upon returning one of these puck-burgers, they took it back but them promptly served up another of the same disgusting cold quality as the first. The child seat they had available was coated with ketchup and other mystery black stickiness. They had a stand for sanitary wipes which clearly hadn’t been filled in a long time. I’m glad my son was too young to play here because I can’t even imagine how gross and unsanitary the play area is. Absolutely horrible experience and what was worse was then a problem was brought to their attention they did absolutely nothing to even pretend they cared and even less to resolve the issue and make it right. I know there are health codes that they should be following, but when the meat has been sitting out so long it is dry, hard and cold I highly doubt those standards are being followed. Eat here at your own risk.

One of the MOST stingiest McDonald’s EVER. I asked them for a lot of ketchup packs because they don’t have any in the restaurant and the guy barely gave me any. They were also so stingy about the Chicken Nugget sauce, they made a sign that tells customers how much sauce they would get. For example, a 4 piece nugget you get 1 package of sauce. For a 20 piece, you get 4 package. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I eat a lot of sauce and being stingy on sauce won’t fly with me. They charge .50 per package of sauce, which is a rip off of course. The only reason I ate here is because I wanted to try the Green Chile Burger. There’s nothing really special because they just threw a glob of Green Chile on a cheese burger. You can’t find this outside of NM I believe. The burger was very good and I enjoyed it very much, but the store workers and owners are very stingy. My advice, go to a different McDonalds.

Cold & Dirty. A spilled soda went uncleaned for over 30 minutes during our stay. Kids trampled through the mess and transferred the sticky soda throughout the restaurant and play area. Temp inside was in the lower 60s.

We ordered the obligatory cup of steaming hot coffee(and a yogurt parfait for my date) and proceeded to photograph ourselves pretending to spill it on our thighs, aren’t we witty. Why did we do this? Where were you in 1992? I had to go to the bathroom very badly. Like, very badly. The«lobby» was being remodeled and the potties were two port-o-potties up on a platform in the middle of the parking lot. I guess this discourages their use, because I must say, it was the cleanest port-o-pottie I’ve ever visited. No TP though. Ew, I know, sorry… I’ve got to keep this real, that’s what Unilocal*is about.
